Comfort Inn Hyde Park Guest Reviews
Hotel was average, had all the essentials, however, the bed was horrible. I could feel the springs through the mattress. If bedding was better would be an ok place to stay.

Hotel provides a good hot breakfast and the staff is helpful. Being given the price the standard reflects same. Hotel has no lobby as such where you can receive a guest. The location is excellent being near the Queensway Tube Station. The carpet needs replacement.

Room was small and service was poor. They could not provide one more pillow and blanket even though the heater was broken. They also refused keeping my baggages before the check-in time. I had to pay the other hotel near-by to keep them for me. Location is the only average of this hotel.

Hotel location was fantastic, 5 mins from a underground station and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Service attitudes of 2 of the staff at reception were really bad, as they projected a 'couldn't-care-less' attitude. However, there was 1 staff at reception that was really polite and helpful.

Single room small, but adequate. Decor a little tired but generally clean. Overall reasonable value for a London hotel close to tube.
