Hotel was average, had all the essentials, however, the bed was horrible. I could feel the springs through the mattress. If bedding was better would be an ok place to stay.

Hotel provides a good hot breakfast and the staff is helpful. Being given the price the standard reflects same. Hotel has no lobby as such where you can receive a guest. The location is excellent being near the Queensway Tube Station. The carpet needs replacement.

Room was small and service was poor. They could not provide one more pillow and blanket even though the heater was broken. They also refused keeping my baggages before the check-in time. I had to pay the other hotel near-by to keep them for me. Location is the only average of this hotel.

Hotel location was fantastic, 5 mins from a underground station and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Service attitudes of 2 of the staff at reception were really bad, as they projected a 'couldn't-care-less' attitude. However, there was 1 staff at reception that was really polite and helpful.

Single room small, but adequate. Decor a little tired but generally clean. Overall reasonable value for a London hotel close to tube.

Despite the room brochure stating "full English Breakfast" unless you like eggs you were in trouble. No bacon or sausage. This was not a full English. TV did not work in the room, which was minute, as was the bathroom. View was of a courtyard full of bird faeces and cigarette stubbs. Hotel needs a good lick of paint!!

The Location and the staff friendliness are excellent but, I am afraid, the place left a few doubts: bedbugs all over. I still got the signs from it. I am sorry to say that I would never go again.

Very small rooms but more than adequate for one or two nights. There was a hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities and plenty of towels. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good and cooked fresh.

The hotel is in a very central area of london. 100m from queensway tube station. The staff was pleasent and breakfast very much complete. it's not a 5 star hotel, but if you are looking for a place to sleep and eat breakfast thats clean and cheap, thats probably you best option. In room you have a small but nice bathroom, nice TV, the beds aren't bad at all, very confie

Entrance locked twice in one day with sign "back in 5 minutes". Very annoying even if someone showed up within 5 minutes. Promised (small) early breakfast not served. New man in the reception knew nothing and could not even arrange a cup of tea :(

The Park Lodge is an old hotel and it shows. But it is reasonable in price and at a good location...so... The rooms are too small to the big furniture...and the bathroom door look like a closetdoor...and was difficult to close from the inside. But what can you expect at that price? ;o)

In spite of Bayswater B&Bs specialities in miniaturisation of rooms, this was good value and excellent services.

I really felt very welcomed upon my check-in and the staff at the front service was friendly and helpful. The staff who served breakfast to us was warm, friendly and my children missed them when we returned to Malaysia. Looking forward to ur next trip to London again.
