Evening staff member on reception was very efficious, extra charges, such as $100 bond for each room key was not explained at any stage of booking and although changes to booking were made over 1 week before date of reservation and Rates to Go stated no additional charge, the staff insisted that an additional $25, fee was required., rooms were average and one room had extremely noisy fridge and door to bathroom creaked loudly.

Very nice location. Had bad night sleep due to constant noise in cistern in next doors room 3am. Scratchy noise inside wall near door (could have been electronic device playing up) and no car park available anywhere near my room after getting home 11.30pm from wedding. Suggestion that car spaces should be marked with room No's to avoid frustration. Other than that it was a nice stay with lovely breakfast.

The staff were excellent. I did not even feel like I was away from home. I felt I ways visting friends/family. We plan to stay there again and would recommend it to any one

The furnishings were very tired looking and our friends were put into a disabled unit which was difficult with the bathroom configuration with a toddler. The continental breakfast was quite sufficient for the price.
