Comfort Inn Downtown Ottawa Guest Reviews
Front foyer smells of moth balls. The place is old and for the price I'd expect more. A number of guests had issues w their room, and I think I was then given one as the bathroom towels had been used. Not in downtown - required to get a bus into town.

The person checking me out in the morning was in a bad mood, and very unhelpful. This place could do with a serious makeover, its musty and gloomy. Will not stay here again.

We were more than happy with our short stay here. Lovely comfy beds and quiet at night. Bus literally across the road takes you the short ride into town. Tim Hortons also across road for a quick snack. Would stay here again.

Hotel fine - good location with pub doing food and Tim Hortons and garage shop beside hotel. Continental breakfast included which was very welcome.
