The downtown location and humble, helpful staff made this business trip worth it. The room was clean and quaint; the staff were helpful and available (24/7). The complimentary coffee and cookies were awesome! I booked my next stay with them prior to my check out! Class A hotel in a Class A town

The hotel was close to shops, restaurants and within several blocks walking distance to the Smithsonian.

Hotel is undergoing renovations and presently is not at its best. The hotel staff is excellent - helpful and knowledgeable. Serve yourself breakfast is more than adequate. Other than fitness center, there is little for teens to do. Hotel is within walking distance of China Town, restaurants and some shops. The Capitol,etc., is a short cab ride away. Walking for older people is not an option to the Smithsonian buildings or White House. A good hotel close to the convention center and for business people.

The check in was friendly and efficient. Helpful in questions we asked. Location was good. Rooms were very clean.
