Something that I did not like was that there were few fast food places and no grocery stores nearby. The ones that were in walking distance did not have good service. The hotel staff was very friendly, and had the shuttle been a large van and not a 5 passenger CRV, the shuttle would have been exceptional. I think the management needs to provide the staff with a better vehicle. The breakfast was very good and the ladies took pride in their work of keeping the breakfast stocked and clean. I was a little disappointed with the pool hours though. The pool was only open from 12-8. They had a lifeguard but I didn't think it was neccesary. I would have preferred the pool staying open until 10 so we could cool off after spending a day in D.C. sightseeing.
