Comfort Inn Brooklyn Cruise Terminal Guest Reviews
Arrived at the hotel and got checked in with no problems. Desk staff was very friendly. We picked this hotel not because of a cruise, but because we wanted to see manhattan. The area around the hotel wasnt the best but I felt safe because there is a fire station right by it. bus stop is about a block away and will drop you off right by a subway station to take you to manhattan. Hotel was always quiet and very clean. Rooms cleaned twice a day. And a great breakfast. Will stay here again on my next visit. There are also a couple of small pizza places and dry cleaners close by.

The hotel is in the industrial area of Red Hook, but only 2 blocks away you have the area that is being redeveloped - a nice, quaint area with coffee houses, restaurants and shops. We were taking a cruise out of Brooklyn and found mostly cruisers in the hotel. The staff was excellent and very accommodating to our needs - calling taxis, holding our luggage, helping us with calling for take-out food. If you are taking a cruise out of Brooklyn and need a place for a night or two I would suggest this hotel. Not high end by any means, but clean, convenient and a good price.

The hotel is brand new so physical facility was in excellent condition. The neighborhood isn't great but it's the closest hotel to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal - a several block walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff member in the breakfast area was extremely helpful. Parking is limited but it appears that most guests will likely be staying prior to a cruise and probably won't be driving to the hotel.

We were the first people to stay in the room, ever. Its that new. Very comfortable beds, lots of pillows. I think we were the only guests on that floor, so I don't know about how the noise travels. Only gave us shampoo and soap and had really lame free toothbrushes, but the neighborhood was decent and the police station is next door. Close to the city and the nicest place u will find for the price. The area was really quiet for new York. Kind of industrial & residential, right by the tunnel entrance.
