Comfort Inn Boardwalk Guest Reviews
I will say the staff was wonderful and helpful. The kitchenette was clean and well stocked with most things. We did need to call for a can opener. But they brought us one quickly. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. (i'm a bit of a clean freak) Great view! The only downer was a low flow shower head that made the lack of water pressure even more apparent. Overall I would stay here again.

Overall B. The room was cozy. We had a microwave, fridge, & stovetop in our room. There also was a safe. The room was a pretty good size, not big but not small. The indoor pool was disgusting. It could use some cleaning & updating. There were stains on the sofa but not totally bad. The value was amazing for an ocean view on the boardwalk at 5th street!!! Parking was easy. Everything in walking distance. The room was big enough for myself and three young sons to play ball watch tv free wifi for laptop. I took time to relax on the balcony. Checkin was easy. Free breakfast was a plus and the staff was curteous.

Our family stayed at the Ocean City Maryland Comfort Inn during a recent vacation. We were pleased that our room was clean and overall customer service at the hotel was very positive. The hotel staff strove to be both friendly and accommodating at all times. Our room included a small kitchenette, which we enjoyed using during our stay. Every morning, the hotel offered its guests a continental breakfast which included: a make your own waffle selection, breads and pastries, and juices and coffee. Additionally, the hotel had both an indoor and outdoor pool for their guests. The location was perfect for our trip. The biggest drawback of this hotel was the incredibly poor mattress quality on the beds. They were in such poor shape, that neither my husband nor I were able to get a full night's rest during our 4 day stay. Sleep deprivation became problematic for us by our checkout date. Hence, the 3 star rating rather than a 4 or 5. Investing in new mattresses would be beneficial for the guests who choose to stay at this particular venue. Overall, for families on a budget, I definitely feel this is hotel is a good choice for a stay at the beach!
