This hotel certainly needs new paint/interiors, even inside the elevetors... but for the actual purpose of a hotel, this covered all my needs. The staff was nice, they changed my TV right away after calling them because it was not working... my room was always clean and replenished with essential goods (soap, towels, paper, etc.), and there was always parking space in front of my main entrance. I never used the pool or other amenities (they had a small gym that I never got to see). This hotel came within a flight-hotel-car package I got through Orbitz, so prices may vary for those who pay for individual services... it is located near a Walmart, parks and airport, and there is a shuttle coming and going to the airport and Mall of America everyday at different times. I did not use that service either but seemed convenient for those riding the light rail. People without a car may complain about this, though, especially if they have to be traveling everyday to, say, downtown MN.

drink machines out of order, hotel giving incorrect information about city, doors locked that show should be open, carpet needs to be updated, want ever stay there again and probably not at a comfort inn hotel
