Comfort Hotel Intereurope is on Route Cantonale perched on the shore of the second largest freshwater lake in central Europe, Lake Geneva. It is halfway between Lausanne and Vevey-Montreux and only two minutes to the Epesses Train Station, which can bring travellers to the Geneve-Cointrin Airport.

Location is the best and worst of the place. The views over the lake are superb, and it is easy to find and to park, plus you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes (via the station!) However, between the hotel and the lake is a busy road and a busy railway. Both are noisy. There is no AC at present, so if it is hot, open windows result in a noisy night. They say that refurbishment plus AC is planned, but do not know when! When done, it will be excellent.

lake facing view is beautiful, location was also good for us as we had a car to drive around easily.

The Bathroom istnt in a good state. I guess it should be renovated. The Hotel is in the vineyards thats wonderful, but you feel trapped because you cant cross the road towards the lake. There should be a possiblity nearerto pass the road and rails.
