Comfort Business Hotel Neuss Guest Reviews
While I understand that a great deal of German people smoke, that does not mean that I want to have towels in my room that smell of cigarette smoke. There is nothing worse than getting out of the shower all refreshed and having to use a towel to dry off with that smells like an ashtray! This was not an issue that I brought to anyone's attention while I was there as I felt that there was nothing that could be done about it.

This is a 3-star hotel and is rather basic. It is in an industrial area but this suited my needs. Negatives were: stairways full of smoke (the reception staff use that area for a puff); there was quite a strong smell outside of what I think was a cattle rendering plant; and breakfast was charged at an astonishing Eur 21.50 - the highest I have ever been charged in any hotel, ever.
