The room interior was okay though i feel that paying 300 plus was not suited to the service. We requested for more teabag sachets during our stay, just a a teabag or two but they mentioned that we have to pay additional RM5 for it where else other hotels would happily have given it to us without hesitation. I am paying 340 pernight for a normal room and still they want to charge me for teabags?! The check-in staff looked miserable and was 'un-smiling'. their only saving grace was that when i asked for an iron to iron my clothes the housekeeping sent it to me on the spot. If they had charged me for that too i would probably flip out.

A beautiful resort modeled from a small French village which gives the place an intimate feel. The place is located in the hills and is surrounded by wonderful green hills with plenty to see and explore.

The rooms were spacious but one aircon was not working, windows didn't lock (a bit worrying with young children wanting to look out on the balcony), fly screen broken and a very musty, stale smell to everything in the room(especially the towels). We liked the location, overlooking Colmar Square though this was very noisy at night. Only 1 night stay so didn't use the facilities very much. Chinese New Year so was very busy as we expected, however we were disappointed by the service in the restaurants which was slow and unfriendly. Highlight was the horse riding trek out.
