Colliers Hotel London Guest Reviews
This hotel is unbelievably bad. The rooms are tiny and dirty. The bathroom is a joke, you cannot turn around in it. But the most disgusting thing is that there are BED BUGS in the rooms. When I made the staff aware of all the bite we were covered in they weren't even interested and refused to give us a refund! What a disgrace that place is. Not worth a cent. I would highly recommend not to stay there unless you are interested to deal with very itchy bites afterwards. What a dump!!!

I was a bit worried about staying here after reading some awful online reviews, but i was pleasently surprised. It was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly, the location was central, the hotel was warm and quiet and secure. It is very cheaply priced for the location, reflected in the rooms being on the small side, but that is what you expect. We stayed 2 nights while we had a weekend break in London. The room was just a base and somewhere to sleep, and as such was ideal. If you want a posh hotel then pay for one, if you want a budget trip to the capital with a comfy but no-frills hotel then it's ideal.

I got what I paid for - a very basic hotel in a good and handy location.

I was really impressed how central Colliers was and how good the value for money was. I would defiantely stay there again.

Cheap, friendly staff, superb location, very clean. The hotel is also being refurbished as it is quite old inside. Will definitely stay there again! x
