Nice and clean room. Shower needs improvement and breakfast needs more varieties as its a tad boring the same food every morning. Great reggae night and really fantastic fire show on Saturday.

Three friends and I stayed at Coconut Palms recently and we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and tolerated our cramming four people into our one room. The room was tidy and cleaned well each day, and also had air con - absolutely essential given the heat. Though we were never given the right number of towels, the front desk were always more than happy to provide extra when asked. The restaurant at Coconut Palms is pretty good value, and we made use of happy hour each night. Another highlight was the entertainment arranged for guests, including a great reggae band one night, fire dancing another, and a kava ceremony. The hotel is about ten minutes walk to the main street of Port Vila, and a short bus ride from the airport. I'd certainly recommend Coconut Palms to anyone travelling to Port Vila in the future.

This hotel is friendly and clean. There was a problem booking thru the site as I was meant to get a king bed, but they don't have any. Initially the hotel asked me to pay more, but was sorted quickly with no additional payment. Highly recommend this hotel as good value for money. They also have free entertainment most nights - Kava making and free tasting, AWESOME free fire show, etc. great pool and reasonably priced restaurant on site. Great for singles, families with kids and couples. Would def stay again.

We booked a double superior orchid room. Very comfortable and the service was great. Some of the meals could have been served a little hotter, they were only warm when they reached our table. Neighbourhood dogs were a bit annoying at times but not too bothersome. Transport services and tours were great. Great value for money.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful manager and staff. The breakfasts (included in the price) were substantial and tasty. I found the public facilities very good, but the room facilities were not proportionate. My room was smallish (not a big problem in itself, just seemed out of keeping with the overall higher standard of the hotel). I would have found a small set of drawers useful, or somewhere to hang some clothes.

Great staff, good atmosphere and a number of events for everyone to join in. Caters mainly for younger crowd but older people also fit in

Good hotel for the price that you pay but service is so long... and internet is expensive and don't work so well. This is a good hotel if you have a lot of activity and just sleep there. Thanks to all the staff

Location is very good, 10mins walk to the shopping area. Bus transport back to the hotel was good about 3-5mins intervals. All food, restaurants and at the hotel was expensive, there was no cheap eating anywhere, a steak sandwhich was 1000 Vatu ( $12.50). Would suggest that the hotel could lower their food prices to cater for the guests, more people would then eat there. Alcohol was also expensive, the local supermarket was the best place to buy wine at 1200 Vatu, the restaurants were charging 2300 Vatu which relates to about $25.00 a bottle, dont pay that price in Australia. But after all that, it was relaxing and still enjoyable, and would go back to the Coconut Palms to stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. 10 minutes walking distance from the centre city. Ceiling fan-slightly scary experience if used on a higher speed however it provided part of the entertainment. We would stay there again. Thank you

A very nice clean and friendly hotel. It's just 10 mins walk from the town which is great as you don't get all the noise and polution from town, but it's close enough to go to.

Probably the best part of the resort is the atmosphere. It is very relaxed and seemed quite accurate in sharing Vanuatu's spendid culture.

Hotel was rated a 4.5 star but was more like a 1 star hotel. Room was average and bathroom had no toiletries. Hotel was also further from town than was mentioned in advert.

We found the staff friendly, and helpful, the room was very good value (we were upgraded without asking to be) The shopping area and market were just a few minutes away...a short interesting walk. Great pool too. I'd certainly stay there again.
