Clubhouse Inn Westmont Guest Reviews
Excellent value! Clean rooms. Very pleasant staff. Nearby restaurants. I'll be back

This hotel had just about everything we needed for our weekend trip with family. There are only a few bad things about it that I will say. The room furniture needs updating in the suites, but also the bed pillows are down and the feathers stick through and poke you in the face. My brother-in-law actually had a mark on his face from a feather poke. Other than that, the rooms were nice size and clean. The staff was very helpful and worked hard to assist us with special requests.

My boyfriend and I decided to meet up in Chicago together to take a short break from college and just rest up. The Westmont location wasn't anything particularly that interested us, but the ratings on this hotel and the price made us take a chance on it. It was a great value. The staff was really helpful and friendly, the building and everything was well laid-out and decorated nicely. The room was incredibly clean and smelled good (I got a smoke-free room). We got a room with a king size bed. The bed was quite comfortable, and the room was much larger than I would've expected. The fridge was large, and the microwave and coffeemaker worked well. The TV was a decent size, and although we didn't watch much, there were several channels to choose from, which was good. The free wifi was easy to connect to and very fast. The window overlooked the street and had a decent view. The bathroom was very clean, too. The hot tub was nice, the pool was decent. The morning breakfast was much more than I expected! There were several choices of hot breakfast foods like eggs, sausage, etc. There was coffee, tea, orange juice, cranberry juice, and doughnuts/muffins. The only drawbacks; there's no elevator, but that didn't bother us at all because it's a pretty small hotel, but only the first floor is handicap accessible. The towels were just a little scratchy. Also, the hot tub and the pool are located in two separate rooms, which was a little confusing at first.

Basic hotel stay. The rooms were adequate but nothing special. HSIA was not really all that 'high' -
