Wonderful location, safe, great reception staff, room upkeep could be better with towel and shampoo, etc.

The check-in process was flawless. The gentleman that checked me in was extremely helpful and friendly. The location and view from my room was exceptional. Will stay at this location again.

My husband and I enjoyed the hotel. The location was great! The room was small, but we didn't spend all of our time there. We were in Chicago to see a musical, sightsee and celebrate the new year. We would stay here again.

The room was definitely small, but VERY comfortable. The hotel is close to everything in the loop and was perfect for a short stay while I went to a conference. I will definitely stay in a Club Quarters whenever possible.

Upside- location can not be beat! Right outside the lobby door is the river, restaurants, and easy access to the CTA. Filtered and chilled water available on each floor at the elevator landing. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom was nice and modern with nice fixtures. Took my 7 year old daughter for three days and it was great! Downside- TINY television, room kind of small, ice machine way down near the laundry room on floor LL2, and only one elevator can get to it.

Our room was small, but adequate. It was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. It was close to the places we wanted to visit.

For the price and location it was a great place to stay! The only thing I would change is the fact they don't have a fan in the bathroom!

Experience at Club Quarters Wacker was excellent. Couldn't ask for a better location, right off Michigan Ave and walking distance to the Water Tower and Art Institute. Hotel has all business amenities, including multiple computers, a printer and all electronic access, but works perfectly for weekend getaway. Staff was very helpful. We had a small room, which could have been upgraded for a modest fee, but it worked well even for two. Would definitely return.

This hotel did a good job of satisfying our needs for a one night trip to Chicago. The location was excellent and the value was good. The bed could have been softer and the rooms are small, but overall it was a good stay.

We were attending an awards presentation at a hotel one block away but did not want to pay the exorbitant room rate. Club Quarters was updated and clean and more reasonably priced. I would recommend it. The valet service worked out great for parking.

My trip was for a business conference two blocks away, in downtown Chicago. The location could not have been better. The room was very small, but had all of the basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful. I had no complaints about my stay, but I did not select this hotel with the idea of spending much time there except to sleep. If you are traveling for business, or expecting to be sight-seeing all day, this hotel is an excellent choice to save money without sacrificing location.

We found the room small but not uncomfortable - it was clean and the bed comfortable. However, the bathroom layout was extremely tight...couldn't flush the toilet w/o moving the hand towel. The location was perfect! Another small thing I appreciated was the water bottle dispenser - since I drink a lot of water, this was a real treat! We loved the City of Chicago and want to return and would definitely stay at Club Quarters again but would probably "upgrade" next time. Thanks for a great stay!!

Room was a bit small (about 1/2 of an ordinary hotel room), but comfortable and very clean. Nice bed. Excellent location- downtown shopping, parks, museums, restaurants, all within walking distance. Hotel restaurant was very good.

This hotel is in the perfect location. Our room was very nice. We had a great view looking out to the Chicago River. The little bar attached to the hotel is very nice too. I would stay here the next time I return to Chicago

I didn't have a chance to avail myself of all the delights near this hotel, but I simply enjoyed the energy of being in the central part of one of the world's great cities. I have stayed at Club Quarters in Boston and Philadelphia and find them uniformly well run, with caring and proactive staffers. Naturally, there is a trade-off because of the lower prices relative to downtown competitors. The rooms tend to be a bit small and I find the lack of even a continental breakfast to be a downside. The presence of an expensive breakfast option at the adjoining restauarant doesn't help if you share my frugal instincts.
