Location
The Club Quarters Wacker Chicago is located just south of the Magnificent Mile, and has a picturesque location along the famous Chicago River.
Rooms
All of the well-appointed rooms at the Club Quarters offer a work desk with complimentary internet connectivity, cable television, individually controlled climate control, radio, coffeemaker, phone, and luxurious linens. There are both smoking and non-smoking rooms available. Guests that plan on having an extended stay can reserve a room with a microwave and refrigerator.
Restaurant
On site at the Club Quarters is Bacino's, which serves up informal Italian cuisine in a laid-back atmosphere. There is a bar that is a great place to unwind with a drink at the end of a long day working or exploring the city.

All Club Quarters Wacker guests have free use of a printer. There are meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 1000. For guests staying in a suite, the hotel offers grocery shopping services.

The room was definitely small, but VERY comfortable. The hotel is close to everything in the loop and was perfect for a short stay while I went to a conference. I will definitely stay in a Club Quarters whenever possible.

Upside- location can not be beat! Right outside the lobby door is the river, restaurants, and easy access to the CTA. Filtered and chilled water available on each floor at the elevator landing. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom was nice and modern with nice fixtures. Took my 7 year old daughter for three days and it was great! Downside- TINY television, room kind of small, ice machine way down near the laundry room on floor LL2, and only one elevator can get to it.

Our room was small, but adequate. It was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. It was close to the places we wanted to visit.

For the price and location it was a great place to stay! The only thing I would change is the fact they don't have a fan in the bathroom!

Experience at Club Quarters Wacker was excellent. Couldn't ask for a better location, right off Michigan Ave and walking distance to the Water Tower and Art Institute. Hotel has all business amenities, including multiple computers, a printer and all electronic access, but works perfectly for weekend getaway. Staff was very helpful. We had a small room, which could have been upgraded for a modest fee, but it worked well even for two. Would definitely return.
