Excellent stay in the heart of London. Beautiful looking hotel, we had a good sized room (although view not great)!. Very clean and spacious, kitchinette very handy and saved a bit of cash. Would/will definately stay again.....thanks.

This hotel is great for someone eager to easily experience the constantly lively West End area which includes theatres, great ethnic restaurants, Chinatown,several great museums, Covent Garden, etc. which are all within easy walking distance. Bus tours that take you to the rest of London are right around the corner. Rooms are compact but clean, modern with comfortable, queen-size bed. Nice staff!

No assistance provided for baggage. There are stairs from the sidewalk into the hotel and no porter service. Also the concierge will not call a black cab for guests - just private car service of questionable quality.

It lacks a lounge for non members to sit or meet and also a breakfast room - there being a panini bar which admittedly I didnt try. I would only stay here again if these facilities were included. I did like the fact that it had green credentials and supplied cold water with complimentary plastic bottles on each floor by the lift.
