Excellent location in the heart of the loop, very close to the blue line to O'Hare, Millenium Park, and Willis Tower. Very business friendly. Wish the room had a minibar or refrigerator.

Whilst there was no view, the room was quiet, clean and offered free chilled water which was great for a foreigner business traveler from Australia!

For my short stay in Chicago I needed to find a hotel in the Loop that was very close to Union Station. Club Quarters was a good choice for me. The price was not too outrageous for a downtown hotel - although I was charged an extra $35 for early check-in (before 11am). The front desk staff was nice. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I also liked that it was within walking distance to the Art Institute and Millennium Park. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Club Quarters.

Great location, close to shopping and dining. I just wish we could have also received some compensation or affordable arrangement for parking. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable

The Club Quarters is a great value for the business traveler. Front desk staff is very helpful, but you can bypass them if you like and use the check in kiosks. Rooms are small, but well appointed and suited to the business traveler. Firm beds, good pillows, desk and quiet. Great value.

As a wheelchair mobile person, I require a room that is compliant; with the Americans with Disbilities Act. The first room I was given had a roll-in shower but no grab bars around the toilet. I was given a better room that almost complied, except for the closet which didn't have a lowered clothing rod. The staff fixed that and after that my stay was very nice. The hotel has a wonderful "living room" with computers, two conference rooms, fireplaces and sitting areas. It was a little strange that the hotel was so cold for several days after the weather changed.

Club Quarters is a European style hotel with small rooms just big enough for the furniture. But personally, those are the kind of hotels I like. It was very clean and the extras were perfect for me: wifi, unlimited bottled water, and more than just 15 TV stations. Its close to shopping, Starbucks, and the train. I'd definately stay there again.

The location is good for business travellers or vacationers. The room was on the small side but adequate. But the air circulation was really poor. The room was stuffy. Not a great value. I would not make a great effort to stay there again.

It's within walking distance to almost everything and if you can't walk the train is a few blocks away. Great place to stay.

We are two 30-somethings who traveled to Chicago with a 1 year old baby for a wedding. We did not rent a car, and were very glad considering a music festival was going on while we were there. The hotel was close to everything, and using the bus/trains was a breeze..even with a stroller. The hotel itself was more modern in decor, and when you walk in you check yourself in at a computer station. If you go to the front desk, they will walk over to the computer station and check you in there-not behind the desk. The elevators only go to certain floors, and each one is labeled. We were on the 6th floor and used the 5&6 floor elevator. In order to make the elevator go, you have to swipe your hotel room door key-card, which authorizes you to go to the floor you're staying on. This is good if you're concerned about security. The hotel had water stations where you could bottle your own water for drinking, a bit bizarre, but good for traveling I guess. The vending/ice/laundry is located on certain floors only. Again, weird. There was no free coffee or anything like that, only water. There was a fitness room, but we never went. And there was a bar and restaurant, again..never went. We had wanted a room with a kitchenette because we have a 1 yr old, what we got was a smallish room with a dorm fridge and tiny microwave tucked into a spot next to the door. Also, the bathroom had an opaque sliding glass door (not great if you like privacy) and NO tub (not great when you have to bath a baby). The bed was a queen, but seemed short, the springs squeaked, and the linens were scratchy. The pillows had drool stains on them, and were down (down is good,if you're not allergic). The towels were rough, but there were plenty. The bathroom in our particular room was not very clean. There was what looked like blood sprayed all over the wall and door, but turned out to be some sort of makeup, at least that's what the guy who came up to clean it said. There was hair in the shower, and the floor and shower floor was so dirty when you stepped out of the shower the drops of water created mud. The lone chair that could turn into a single bed was ripped and tattered..and stained. We had asked for a crib when we made our reservations, but had to call the front desk and have one brought up, which was fine. The guy who brought up our crib was also the guy who washed the questionable splatter off the bathroom wall. If you want your room to be cleaned, you have to inform the front desk. You can't leave for the day and return to a clean room, they don't clean unless you ask, which might explain why our room was so gross. At any rate, we stuck it out mainly out of laziness to switch hotels completely. And we had already paid.

We visited the nearby parks and activities. It was a good trip and a close place to our activities. We enjoyed the available water with the warm weather. I only wish that getting an extra pillow had been easier. Overall, it was a good place to stay for our trip.

Very small room for price. Requested plates and towels and had to make second call to get them. Towels are extremely hard. Pillows flat and bed firm. Seems they are on a low budget. Served it's purpose.

This was spectacular stay, they accommodated quite well, the environment is clean and safe. Very close to the amazing sights of Chicago's downtown district. Everything is in walking distance and the mornings are quiet and the nights are beautiful. I really enjoyed the entire presentation of their hotel. Next time I'll be trying their bar and restaurant.

Nice place, clean room, free water and bottle, near to metro station and tourist places for the middle of price. Don't have free continental breakfast but you can find Mc Donalds, starbucks, seven eleven and walgreens near to this hotel.

We took a train to Chicago. The hotel was very close to the train as well as to Michigan Avenue. Loved the green effort and the price was great! The staff was very accommodating. Will definitely recommend!
