Friendly, clean and quiet. Well designed hotel, could not fault anything. Very good breakfasts, convenient to metro and trams, and very close to city centre. If I had to be difficult I would have preferred tea/coffee facilities in room, but these are available free in the lounge.

pluses: staff super helpful and friendly, conveniently located, quiet, the included buffet bfast was very decent, clean bathrooms, very safe. Deltas: old squeaky furniture, bed are firm, our room was quite far from the entrance.

The breakfast, although plentiful, changed very little day to day, which got a little dull after 5 mornings. The internet in the lobby should be available all the time and not shut down at 11. Also, there is only a liquid soap dispenser in bathroom. We would have preferred soap and shampoo. We did enjoy this hotel however, and loved the large size of the room and the hotel's convenience to most locations.

Second occasion we've stayed at this hotel. Excellent central location within easy walking distance of all major attractions. Had end room in Part 1 of hotel on first stay which was large and spacious. Room on second stay was on 5th floor of old hotel, absolutely massive bathroom and bedroom. Will definetly stay again on any other trips to Prague.

We would happily return. Service and facilities were more than acceptable, and the location is fantastic. Easy walking distance to Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, etc.

Staff competent, helpful and polite. Airport pick up service and return arranged by hotel efficient. Buffet breakfast adequate. Self service tea and coffee in the lobby throughout the day free of charge. Soft drinks and ice dispensers in passageways. Free internet access. As a single traveller I appreciated the spacious bedroom (with sofa) and large bathroom. Situated on quiet street. Charles Bridge, Karlova Street and several good restaurants within a leisurely 5 minute walk. Safe in room and special security provision for entry to the bedroom areas. An excellent bed and breakfast hotel.

A lovely clean hotel in a very good location close to Charles Bridge, Old town and Wenceslas square but not too close. It is situated in a quiet back street with a few very nice restaurants nearby
