I used to stay in this hotel when it was previously owned by somebody else. Current staff not very friendly even after expressing that I had a slip disc and could not go upto the 2nd floor. Reasonable and for the price and location, very good deal.

Great location, just off O'Connell Street and not a bad price, but a very tired and worn place - more like a backpacker's hostel. Had to 'rattle' the lock on the door to get it to work. Tiny en-suite.

this hotel is basis but for the price is very good value. sheets / towels were clean. do not think lift works so if you have trouble with stairs then this may not be a good option. otherwise very good for what you are paying.
