Overall impression was that the hotel would benefit from "brightening up". Good valur for the price. Food was excellent.

This is one of three neighbouring hotels who all use each other's facilities. Make sure you know which one you're being put into. A good 15 min walk to the beach and it's quite out of town.

staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed for 6 nights,on the first night my family and I were kept awake by music from the hotel ,as we needed to get up early in the morning and following mornings I spoke to reception staff who happily and easily moved us to a much quieter room, I was very impressed as to how little fuss this was done and very pleased. hotel is in a super location

Shower plumbing never worked, even after several complaints. The choice was between cold, hot, no water at all, or not being able to turn it off. The rooms on the back side look into a chimney-like shaft - not what we had expected from a hotel with sea-view.

We stayed at the Hotel for two nights in August. The hotel was really good for what we wanted, it was a 15min walk down the cliff side to the beach. And about a 20min walk into the town. The car park is very secure and you can leave the cat there for as long as you need. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

we had a nice stay at the cliffside hotel after we upgraded to a room with a sea view. the original room that we were given was at the side of the hotel and was very dark and depressing.

Good basic hotel, but a little over-priced. Restaurant dinner VERY expensive for the meals, which were fine, but nothing special. Lunch was good value.

Very helpful and freindly staff although we felt that the cost of the evening meal was excessive for what we received.

A well-placed friendly hotel bang on East Cliff and only a few minutes from the town centre. Breakfast was excellent as it was included in the Hotel Club price (£14.95 to anybody else!). Parking was a bit tight but I found out that guests could utilise the car parks of the neighbouring hotels. Super value.

Excellent cliff top location; walking distance from the railway station; good restaurant; short drive or taxi from Bournemouth International Airport.
