Cliffeside Hotel Bournemouth Guest Reviews
Overall impression was that the hotel would benefit from "brightening up". Good valur for the price. Food was excellent.

This is one of three neighbouring hotels who all use each other's facilities. Make sure you know which one you're being put into. A good 15 min walk to the beach and it's quite out of town.

staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed for 6 nights,on the first night my family and I were kept awake by music from the hotel ,as we needed to get up early in the morning and following mornings I spoke to reception staff who happily and easily moved us to a much quieter room, I was very impressed as to how little fuss this was done and very pleased. hotel is in a super location

Shower plumbing never worked, even after several complaints. The choice was between cold, hot, no water at all, or not being able to turn it off. The rooms on the back side look into a chimney-like shaft - not what we had expected from a hotel with sea-view.

We stayed at the Hotel for two nights in August. The hotel was really good for what we wanted, it was a 15min walk down the cliff side to the beach. And about a 20min walk into the town. The car park is very secure and you can leave the cat there for as long as you need. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
