Tried to complain at the time but not given a complaints form that I had requested. Gave my complaint verbally to tha duty manager on Sunday the 7th about the rudness of the pool bar manager and the staffs refusal to return my change after I gave her a cash note at the pool side. Very poor service by duty manager who did not grasp the meaning of what I was saying due to her inability to actually listen to what I was said...........

Top location at the best beach on Tenerife. The only thing that might be better is to plan it so that it takes less time to check in.

The hotel was just amazing....i really like it....good location....Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is lovely (the rooms a little small, but I wouldn't hold that against them. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is right on the beach (and you can bring you pool towel to the beach).

We were most impressed with the very friendly/helpful staff and the added extra provided by the hotel, glass of Cava on arrival, dressing gown and slippers in your room, voucher for the spa, pool towels changed daily. The hotel is lovely (the rooms a little small, but I wouldn't hold that against them. The breakfast was the best I have experienced in similar hotels. The hotel is right on the beach (and you can bring you pool towel to the beach). Will be back.
