This is a very nice hotel. The price is reasonable. The male staff was very helpful and went out of their way to do what they could to help with any issues that we had. The female conceirge was not too friendly or helpful. Overall, I would stay here again if I returned to Paris.

The hotel was clean, and in a good location, walking distance to the metro, mini grocery store, bars and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and helped in everything they could. The bad was that there was no AC in the room and no fridge. Also the internet only worked in the lobbY. I would recomend this hotel in the winter, summer forget about it.

Excellent location near the metro and Place de la Nation. The man working the night shift at the front desk was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. The breakfast was not bad for a three-star hotel. Would stay there again.

Wonderful hotel with great breakfast, and tidy (but inevitably small) rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the area is great to buy a bottle of wine, some cheese, fruit and vegies a.s.o. Unfortunately they have been increasing and increasing their prices recently, and I have had to go elsewhere (often more central hotels just as good) which are charging more realistic 3 star rates (even for Paris!).

The staff is very friendly, willing to help and speak well English. Location is perfect and it's quiet at night eventhough you can hear people in their rooms, when standing in the hall way, if they speak too loud. It didn't bother my night rest. It's near the metro also.

Hotel Bastile Paris is located close to shops , restaurants and cafes. There is also a Bakery closeby, the bread is delicious and prices reasonable. Situated diagonally across the Hotel is a meat shop selling very good roast chickens. Finally the staff of the Hotel are helpful, knowlegable and friendly . They speak English too.

Reasonable size room with a tiny bathroom. Good location very close to metro station. Friendly staff who spoke English and were very helpful. Close to supermarket and shops including a bakery with people constanty queuing out the door it was so good. Would definately stay here again when in Paris. Brenda, Melbourne, Australia.

A clean and well located hotel in the centre of the Bastille area. Lovely cafe's and restaurants close by particularly the Pause Cafe. The hotel was quiet and staff were helpful. A good breakfast was provided too.

Pleasant stay, good for the price. Metro station right next door, 10 minutes to the city centre. Its a little noisy but everywhere in Paris seems to be because of scooters. I would go back

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were English speaking, very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean to start with and continued to be well maintained during our stay. I would recommend this hotel to others who do not mind being away from the more touristy areas of Paris. Oh, and the Metro stop Charonne is a only couple of minutes walk.

The location was within walking distance of Bastille and there were a number of good cafe/restaurants just a couple of minutes walk. Staff were helpful and informative.

We were in a room for 3 with single beds and we had 2 bathrooms. This made our stay very comfortable. The rooms might be a bit small for a double or single. It was also a 2 min. walk from the metro station. The breakfast was very good.

A lovely hotel in a quiet location. Only a one minute walk from metro Charonne. The buffet breakfast was very good and I felt the hotel was good value for money. The room was spacious for Paris. I would definitely use this hotel again.
