The only disadvantage with the class hotel is that it is not in the city center. There is a bus that will take you into the city center and it takes approximately 15 minutes, cost 1.50 euros. The staff is exceptional always a smile, kinds words and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. Do be careful about taking a taxi from the hotel to the train station in the very early morning, a 1km ride cost 25 euros. All in all a wonderful stay, the Class Hotel is a good base in which to visit all the hill towns in Umbria. If you are renting a car this hotel is ideal as there is plenty of parking and it is right near the highway.
