Hotel let us check in several hours early. very accomodating, courteous staff.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. It's well with in walking distance of the French Quater. It was clean and quiet.

This was a clean hotel in a good location. I arrived late in the evening but had no trouble getting in. They even upgraded my room for no extra charge.

We stayed at the hotel on our way to a cruise. When we got there the first room we were put in, neither key worked...back to the desk. Next.. the lock on the door was broken. We were placed in another room...the maintenance men were in the room. The toilet seat was up and there was urine in it. Not to forget the pubic hair on it. We were told by the desk since we had booked through [...]there was nothing they could do to compensate us except to not charge us the $15.00 parking fee.The bed was comfortable.
