Had a great experience. The hotel is located within minutes from Disney, and they offer complementary shuttle service. Also, the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Overall had a great experience - only 2 minor problems, hair dryer didn't work, and the TV wouldn't change channels - we were only in room minimal time so it wasn't a big issue for us. Hotel room very clean and updated. Great location - 10 min from either Disney parks or 10 min from Universal Studios.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel becuase we bought a "package" from Cheaptickets.com. Though the room was newly decorated, this hotel's plumbing was horrible. There was no hot water (it occasionally got lukewarm),,, and there was zero water pressure. It was impossible to take a good shower, and the toilet failed to adequately flush (you get my drift). Calls to the desk did no good. We would have gladly checked out and moved to another hotel had we not already paid through Cheaptickets.com. Let this be a warning to anyone else who thinks about booking a package with this hotel involved. Just awful.

Only problem was front desk in morning didn't notify maintenance of a problem in bathroom. Evening front desk did.
