Clarion Hotel San Jose Airport Guest Reviews
Close to airport, businesses, and freeways. The hotel does not go well with the name Clarion hotel I know of. Room was ok, not great. Made reservation for a room with courtyard view but ended up with a room facing an ice making machine. Provided breakfast but wasn't that great.

The hotel was very average, the grounds were messy and the rooms were dated but clean. The energy efficiency stuff was a pain, lights, faucets, etc.. i would only stay here again if there was nothing else available.

It was a comfortable stay at the Clarion San Jose. It has a nice feel. The restaurant was quite good and the first night they had entertainment in the bar adjoining the restaurant. I would stay at the Clarion again. My only complaint might be that getting to/from the destination to the hotel was a bit convoluted.

The front desk seem to have a very poor attitude, and is not very pleased that I booked through (website), he claims that because I booked through (website), he can only provide 2nd rated room to me, it didn't feel very nice. Also I kept having to go to the front desk to renew my key-card for some reason, I did this almost 5 times in a week, it is not a very pleasant feeling to have found out that I have to go to the front desk to renew my key-card when I return from work around 1:30am. Lastly, I did not get the room I requested for, which is a room with single king bed, instead, I got a room with two double / queen bed.
