This hotel is average. The room I had was noisy and cramped. Breakfast was decent though.

I was on the third floor, and I'm not sure if the other two floors were similar, but there was only one level part of the floor, right off of the elevator. Otherwise you were walking up and down unlevel floors like walking up and down hill. It was really awkward. Their in-hotel restaurant was quite expensive, although they offered a great complementary breakfast from 6a - 10a which really helped out. Directly outside my room was the vending machines, so all I heard while trying to fall asleep were cans of soda falling from the machine and people talking about what they wanted and how expensive the items were. They had complimentary computers to use, but one was out of order and the other was always being used.The shuttle staff were extremely polite and helpful. I spent very little time sight-seeing, but the hotel is located across from a bus stop, Q33, which proved convenient at that moment. The 33 took me to the subway terminal, about a half an hour away. Unfortunately, that was the closest route. Overall, I would not reserve here again and wouldn't recommend it. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that I will be choosing from, from now on.

When i checked in the front desk clerk gave me a key to a room and told me try it out, if the key did not work to come back down and she would give me another room. She knew the door would not open so instead of sending guests to that room, just get it tagged and get it fixed. I was tired and this just adds to an already tired and crabby person. I did sleep good though.

The room was VERY tiny, which I was willing to over look due to the proximity to the airport. But the cleanliness I can not over look. About an hour after arrival I discovered a roach crawling on the wall by the window. I killed it and tried to put it out of my mind. -- untill I saw a second on on the wall accross the room from the first one. -- Keep in mind that all the lights were on. I travel extensive on business -- I've never had an experience like this one. I'm afraid to picture what else might have been in the room that I didn't see. I never felt comfortable turning the lights off. Please let me know if this review will be going to the Clarion. If not I feel compelled to send a separate letter. ** Never again!!!
