Stayed there for couple of days. Its a good locality with Metro, MacD, Subway,etc., very nearby. Less than 10mins drive from Airport.

Walking distance to the train station with easy access to the U.S. Open; However, their Internet was down the entire down and no Office center or printer to be found

The hotel is OK, but not recommended for single women because of the sketchy neighborhood. It was perfectly safe, but seems unsavory. However, neither my husband nor I had anything but good interactions with the locals. The subway is very convenient. The hotel itself looks newly remodelled. It was clean, much cleaner than my own home. :-) Our room was nice and quiet for the few hours per night we were there. We were up very early and returned very late. So mostly we were only there in the wee hours of the night. The breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts that we have encountered on 3 continents. If you want donuts, there are three Dunkin Donuts within sight of the hotel. There are also many delicious delis, Wendy's, McDonalds, Subway, etc within a block or so of the hotel. Subway rides to Manhatten are time consuming, but if you are a tourist with plenty of time, it is just fine.

TERRIBLE... it's located in the a bad neighborhood, wasn't very clean, loud door that slams & will keep you awake... STAFF VERY RUDE !!!!! JUST PAY THE EXTRA MONEY & STAY IN MANHATTAN... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

After searching, calling, reserving & paying for a king size bed room with free continental breakfast, I was horrified to find this hotel was nothing it advertised itself to be. 5-6 free parking spots for all the hotel guests- we were instructed to park on the side walk in front. Lobby had torn leather old furniture although it boasts of being a newer hotel. Elevator had those moving sheets hanging & they were even dirty. I was put on 5th floor directly across from loud elevator. Once on the floor, I was struck with disgust at the stained dirty carpet. NOT AN ISOLATED STAIN BUT THE WHOLE FLOOR. My room had king size bed with a dirty bedspread, broken & dirty chair & the smell of urine & foreign food permiated the floor. This was the exact opposite of what I wanted & what I thought I had paid for. Hotel is perfect for johns & prostitutes. Didnt stay one night however the hotel is claiming I did because they do not want to give me a refund. [...]
