Hotel was lovely, clean and had a great atmosphere, staff were friendly. Ate in the hotels restaurant and the Arc which is just over the road from the hotel, both lovely. Hotel about 15mins from the city centre so a taxi is needed to get there, liffey valley shopping centre is close, about 5 mins walk away has great shops and a cinema. Came here as a present for my boyfriends 21st, we had a great time and would reccomend this hotel.

Stayed twice in last month. First stay not great, room booked for 3 but ready for 2 ,we were in a hurry to go out that night. Second stay fine. Bar facilities poor. Not a comfortable area to sit in, staff difficult to communicate with. Nearby bar comfortable and good food and friendly staff ( Arc bar)

My main reason for choosing the hotel is the gym and pool which are very good. The Kudos restaurant has great Asian food with excellent service. The road links are also good if you're on business and prefer a location out of the city centre. Rooms are well appointed though my only complaint would be the firmness of the mattress which was too hard.

hotel was fine, only real problem is the rooms are to hot, have a fan in the room but keeping fan on all night makes it bit noisy for sleeping, bus stop is about 10minute walk, which was OK as buses run every 15minutes, cost 2.15 euro to town center, nice pub next to hotel, the arc which we went to for breakfast and was good value.

This is a large hotel complex with lots of rooms, families were staying there with kids. The location is out of the city, near the ring motorway around Dublin, which is not a problem if you arrive by car. The only drawback is that you have to pay for the parking, which is not expected in case of a hotel outside of the city centre. Next to the hotel there is a fitness centre with swimming pool but it is open only until 7.30 pm at the week-end, which is somewhat too early if you want to spend most of the day with sightseeing in Dublin.

Have stayed here at least 6-8 times and while very busy with families, mainly due to its value and room sizes, it is a consistently comfortable stay. About three times i have arrived at 9am due to flights and the staff have always managed to find me a room, which is a godsend when awaking at 4am. Its very buzzy at week ends with lots of kids flying round, but again due to its size and layout it is never a problem. Only complaint and i have fed this back before as i feel it lets their normally good service down is the pile up of used crocks and food left overs which seem to stay in the long hallways for more than 24hrs at times. very poor and unsightly, which is a shame as generally it is excellent value for the amenities offered.

I was in a ground floor room and the noise of other guests passing kept me wakened most of the night. The door thru from reception opened and the room door rattled. I could hear the guy next door coughing during the night. Quite a distance from Dublin £50 return in taxi. Staff were not over friendly. Overall would be better paying more and staying central Dublin.

Perfect! Stayed here for st patricks weekend, only problem it was a bit far from dublin centre. After reading some of the reviews it put me off staying here but from the minute we arrived it was fab! Upgraded free to a 1 bedroom suite, fantastic! The staff were lovely and the bar staff really friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely go back.

Got a good rate as I booked late (50/night). Clean and quiet hotel less than 20 minutes from city centre with large shopping centre 5 minutes walk away. Everything was as good as expected. Negatives: Overnight Parking is 4euros. Staff don't know how to smile. No fridge.

Lovely hotel with nearby shopping center, cinema, nightclub/pub and fitness center with water slide for family outing. Stayed here again for weekend break as it's simply better priced, quite and with access to the above.

Lovely hotel, approximately 15 minutes outside the city centre, right beside a shopping mall full of high street shops and food places. Preferred to roaming the city centre shops! Hotel is modern, inviting and very affordable. Rooms are cosy and warm, have everything you need. Don't hesitate to book, I would definitely return!

We really enjoyed staying here, the staff were very friendly and courteous, our room was spacious and comfortable - what an enormous bed! The lighting was secluded and atmospheric but there was no way to have really bright room lighting. Breakfast was full Irish and lovely. Great value for money!

I have had several week end breaks in this very pleasant and well run hotel. There is a large shopping center that is less then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. It does have a very good night club with 3 levels and a standard bar at the ground level just a short walk away. I look forward to staying there again. .

Great hotel, great location, great price. Very near Shopping center and not too far from city center. Leisure facilities were good too. Only drawback was there was nothing to do outside eg walks , tennis etc. but that is expected in the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would go again!

On arrival we had along delay due to computers being offline. However we were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. It was lovely. Noice from nearby pub can be loud.
