I was this believe when I have arrived. Who gives the stars to the hotels, his head should examine. I would not give no more than 2 star.

The location was excellent, on the Rue Faubourg Saint Honore you are just 5 mins walk from the Arc De Triomphe / Champs Ellysee so it was very easy to just walk to bars/restaurants/shops etc and only short travel times to the main tourist attractions. Price was very reasonable (bar the breakfast which was 20 euro extra a day per person - massively overpriced) and the hotel was clean and tidy, if a little basic for a four star.

A good spacious room. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Furnishings and facilities a bit basic, but perhaps that comes with the price, which is competitive. I would go back.
