First trip to England. Had no idea how far it was from Heathrow Airport. Cab very expensive, should have arranged fixed price before trip. Trip back to LHR was less than half the price. Location was good, but took time & money to go to central London by rail. Safe area to walk around if not going sightseeing. Hotel restaurant had very good food-breakfast was pricey-but on Sunday there was little choice. Near 2 shopping malls that were sort of "connected" by pedestrian mall.

I did not enjoy this stay at all! For a 4* hotel I was shocked at the lack of customer service, the horrendous procedure for coming and going with a car! You have to get a card each time you leave and come back to the hotel. Raphael in the Bar area he and his colleagues were lovely and very professional! I would not stay here again as it leaves a lot to be desired!

Excellent place to stay, very close to East Croyden train station and city centre. Staff very polite and professional.

Very well connected - within 3 minutes walk to East Croydon railway station. Trams and buses also conveniently connected. Great indoor pool and spa and one of the best breakfasts I've come across in UK. Will certainly recommend!

This hotel was very good as i spent New Years eve there with my boyfriend. The only negative thing i could say about it was the view, when i looked out of out window there was a huge craine beyond the patio. Apart from this the hotel was very nice and comfortable, a night to remember.
