Opposite Airport bus . Close to Concert venues. No view / step to shower abit awkward if you have specs. Best thing Pool warm & with ladder into it accssesible with reasonable mobility.

I stayed at the hotel for a night out in Auckland but everything was great especially the bed which was incredibly comfortable. Fantastic location and good value. No complaints.

We were very happy with our stay at CityLife. We pulled up at the entrance and were immediately greeted by a very nice gentleman who parked our car for us and also by a lovely lady that whisked our luggage straight up to our room. The greeting at reception was equally friendly and professional and check-in was very quick. Our room was more than adequate, not large but fine for a one night stay and it was lovely to have a towel warmer in the bathroom and a good selection of toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The location of the hotel is central also, with several coffee shops nearby and within walking distance of the harbour and the Sky Tower, restaurants & shopping. Check-out was easy and quick also. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if visiting Auckland.

Was pleasantly surprised and definitely very happy with our stay, the hotel was recommended by a friend who had stayed there with their grandchildren and they were very happy with their stay also. We didn't use room service or the Zest restaurant so can't really comment on them. It was great not to have to worry about parking as that was included in our package. The places we wanted to go to were within walking distance so we didn't need to use our car for two days. We highly recommend Citylife Auckland A Heritage Hotel if you want to stay in Auckland.
