This is an older building, 1970's. Unfortunately the internal walls which are brown brick are a turn off. However for the money it is good value. Well located in West Perth.

Stayed at city stay apartment for one night for the city to surf marathon, we stayed in a two bedrooms apartment, it is a basic apartment with everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay, clean and tidy with good kitchen, laundry & dryer. basic shower and toilet facility. with the price that we paid, I am pleased with service provided.

Noisiest accommodation I have stayed in. Road noise is atrocious in the rooms supplied to [website] clients.

all is good except for the fact that the walls and ceilings are pretty thin, you can hear kids running all night long.

Clean comfortable and a down to earth place to stay. All the facilites you could requires. While not the most modern premises, it was perfectly functional and represented good value for money. Everything worked and was clean and tidy. Will return.
