2 problems: Shower head does not hold, so much longer and uncomfortable to take a shower, and no remote for the TV... The rest very good ! Staff very friendly and helpful !

The hotel was fine to stay in, but the service at reception was a disaster. There was only one person on check in and check out, trying to deal with a multitude of guests, while other members of staff seemed to be floating around doing nothing.

The service i recieved at this hotel was very friendly and the staff very knowledgable. When it came time to check out, they kept our luggage an additional 6hrs so that I could see a bit more of the area before leaving. The only complaint that i would have, is that the location of the hotel puts it at about 10km from the city center which means either a 20 euro cab ride or 45mins on public transportation. Furthermore, while the facilities were immaculate, the shower was a bit odd.... the partition for the shower only coverd about half of it and so water always sprayed onto the floor and door.

No coffee maker will be provided and swimming pool is not available due to maintenance. The location is good in general (by tram T3 to the last station and walk down around 200m to the hotel). Free internet, water and soft drink, but not the coffee.
