I'm not sure where the word "serviced" comes into these serviced apartments. I saw the reception lady when I first checked in and that was it; never to be seen again. Very difficult to get local advise/internet access after hours as the front desk is unmanned. The air conditioning in the bedroom was also very noisy and leaked water onto the carpet. Also if you're going to stay there make sure you have your food arranged as there are virtually no places to shop if you want to buy and cook your own meals in the apartment. Great location for shopping and eating out though.
