Friendly and helpful staff, but the rooms are small and beginning to look tired and shabby. Great location.

GOOD BUT THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR OLD OR DISABLED PEOPLE BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HAVE ELEVATOR. OTHER SUBJECT: YOUR WEBSIDE IS GOOD: AT LEAST BETTER THAN VEGAS.COM OR VAUSTRALIA.COM.

Although Hotel Club sent me an email confirming my booking, when I got to the City Lodge Hotel, they had not received my booking. When they rang the people at Hotel Club, the Hotel Club people hang up on them and offered absolutely no assistance to me, the cutomer who had booked through them! Instead, City Lodge Hotel helped me.

Very good location close to Wynyard railway station. Eventhough it was a small room it was very clean and good shower facilities. good common room area. Some noise from the street but I think very good price considering the location and the hotel room.
