City Inn Bristol Guest Reviews

4.4 out of 5

"A comfortable, modern and clean hotel, very well situated for the city centre. Last stayed there a couple of years ago, and glad to see it's been updated to keep it 'fresh', particularly the apple PC/TV with free wi-fi. Disappointed to have to pay £8/nt to park - free last time, and no mention of it on the website. Even so, good value."

"Despite air con not wanting to warm our room up, reception happily sent someone up with an extra duvet. We also had to request extra towels and dressing gown-as room made up for one despite 2 people being on the booking. Light bulb in bedside lamp also had to be changed. However all thing s were brought to us quickly, it was a shame we needed to ask though. When we checked out we were asked if we had used anything in hospitality basket, which we never had in first place! Also no biscuits!"

"I had a short time to get a meal in the City Inn Cafe before going out, they served it very efficiently and it was very good. I was impressed with the hotel and staff, the receptionist was a very nice girl"
