City Hotel Xi'an Guest Reviews
The front desk staff are unhelpful and rude. When we asked if they could call a cab to the railway station, they told us to take a bus or walk to the main road. Really atrocious service. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there.

Good value hotel. Great location near the bell tower for shopping and getting around town. 24hr convenience store right next door was good too. Room was clean, bathroom recently renovated. Would stay again.

Although the building (outside) looks old, room is clean and presentable, with relatively modern look. Staffs are helpful.Overall, is a good hotel with great location.

Good hotel in great location. A bit hard to find initially. Clean and quiet.

The room was very run down, carpet dirty and the bathroom unclean. There was a very strong paint smell pervading the hotel. The breakfast was average (we went out for breakfast on the second morning). The only positive aspect was the location (very close to the Drum and bell Towers and the Muslim Quarter. A very good supermarket next door with helpful staff.
