A very modern hotel. Very clean and new. Good location close to everything. Trams a little bit noisy on first floor and no telephones in the room. Overall good value for money.

I quite enjoyed my stay here. Everything is new, everything works and it's all very clean, in the rooms. As you come out of the elevators is smelt like talcum powder, but that was fine. The location is quiet, especially for CBD melbourne, except for the Harley Davidsons at Peter Stevens next door on Saturday morning. However, it was no problem, only for a moment or two, I was on the first floor so I was next to them. It is a little further away from the finanical district than I am used to but it's just a little further walk in the morning, which was great. I would certainly stay here again, given the price, cleanliness, and quietness.

Room had everything i needed except a table. Quiet, good location, good pricing. I would stay again - if they put a table in the room.

Stay for 4 nights at Premium Studio on Oct 2010. Small room but modern design with digital TV, new washing machine & security intercom camera. Great for single & couple on short holidays.
