First, my intention is to stay at Cititel Mid valley. I did not they is two Cititel in KL. The location this turn me off. You should know WHY. I have booked for two nites stay. But after the first nite i shifted to Cititel Mid valley. The serounding of your your hotel turn me off. even wifi i need to pay and i cannot even use my WhatApp. No iron, door security lock damaged. very disappoited. cannot refunds on the day i dont use. even i shifted to your sister hotel.wasted my one day bill.

The hotel is showing signs of age & the rooms are on the lower side of average & although the location is handy to monorail station the area is very dirty.

Everything is OK but basement life was NOT working. We had to carry luggage from car-park at basement to level one.

Clean nice room We stayed there at the nightmarket time. Very busy. Haijaraya. Special discount at the time so okay. Breakfast good.
