Amenties - Got nothing in the room just basic bed, table n standard bath room. Location - Near to bus station and LRT station Room cleanliness - found red stain on the bed sheet. dont know is blood or any other stain. bath room is ok for me. Room comfort - nothing special just a normal room with air cond Staff - friendly staff Value - Perfect value in the heart on KL city

The hotel is ideally located with Kota Raya mall and the Petaling street so close by. It is also very clean and the staff were freindly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends as it is a good place to stay.

Clean and fine for a budget hotel. However I don't think the windows are double glazed...my room faced the main road and it can be pretty noisy until around 1.30/2am on the first night there was jack hammering until 3am (they can't do construction during the day because it's in the middle of the city) It's in the middle of two busy areas (Chinatown and Bukit Bintang) and it's surprising how quickly the streets go from bustling and lively to almost desolate within 2 blocks...perhaps this will improve when the bus station is complete but at night and alone it's probably not such a great tourist spot... The hotel itself I think is decent for the price but unfortunate to be in that location.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a not so good room during the first two days of our stay but the hotel gave us a better room as soon as they could.Ask for a room with a window and non-smokers floor if you like. Breakfast was OK. Location very good. We would stay there again.

There was no kittle/fridge, in web they shown it will be there. cleaness was not there. puddu raya bus stand is not operational i booked this hotel becaus it was near to that.
