Location
CitiClub Hotel is situated on Queen Street within CQ Complex in Melbourne, conveniently close to trams and train stations. Visitors attend conferences and events at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and Etihad Stadium less than two kilometres from the hotel.

All 71 rooms and suites have soft earth tones and come equipped with high-speed Internet access, cable TV and work desk. Suites with spa bath are also available.

We stayed at hotel for 3nights,our first night experience on a Sunday not was a nightmare,hardly got any sleep with a nightclub in full swing until the early hours ,the noise was amazing,even with us being on the 7th floor you could still hear it,would never stay again

Parking will cost you $28.00 for every 24 hours. The drapes and curtains behind were dirty and the cords did not work to close them. The sofa had stains on it. The TV didn't work. The knob of the shower fell off in my hand when I went to use it. The towels had holes in them and they were marked. Definitely would not stay here or reccommend to anyone. There are plenty of real 4 star hotels in Melbourne to stay at but not this one.

Staff very impersonal and don't even make eye contact as you walk through reception. Nightclub next door extremely noisy until 3.30am each night, which made it impossible to sleep. When we asked to change to a room on the other side of the hotel we were told we should've known it was going to be noisy and they unsympathetically charged us an $80 upgrade fee to move for the remaining 2 nights. This meant the hotel was no longer value for money. Soap and hair blocked the plughole in the bath/shower and the taps fell off when you turned them on. Do yourselves a favour, spend the extra $20 a night and book a better hotel!

Parking was terrible and couldn't be explained by the staff properly. They tried to charge us for things from the minibar that were not used by us (I assume from the previous guest). The main chair was broken and couldn't be sat on. There were globes blown. There were no curtains, just blinds, so daylight and nightlight flooded the room.

On arrival we found out that we had to pay $22.00 for parking over our already $155.00. for one night in a deluxe twin room. The room: TV didn't work, drapes could not close and were in need of repair and cleaning. Shower hot tap fell off into the bath as soon as I touched it. Hot water not hot at all. Towel with dirty marks and holes. Needless to say I would definitely not reccomment this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of hotel in Melbourne that would be much better for less dollars.
