Strange that door and reception closed at 1800 hours-what happens if you arrive after this!, Not enough instructions issued about parking in the underground car park, eg remote control key -not enough to isse to everyone. Also most important -NO KETTLE among kitchen equipment.

New Hotel right on Tram Line, great access to town. Basic accomodation, comfortable and warm and with very helpfull happy staff.
