The hotel was fine, but the rooms were very dated. It wasn't far from the sea front but a long walk from the old town and the area surrounding the hotel not terribly pleasant. The breakfast, which is extra, was good.

Very clean apartment, good service and helpfull friendly receptionists. Sofa bed not very comfortable though so wouldn't stay longer than a week. 25 minute walk from old Nice and the train station.

Very comfortable, well-equipped accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. We particularly appreciated the speed at which the faulty water heater was replaced, and the very useful Luggage Room which saved a lot of potential hassle on our last day in Nice. Perhaps a little more information on local restaurants and shops might be provided in the information pack in each room; other than that it's impossible to find fault with this apart-hotel.

Overall it was a good stay. The bathroom floor and carpets could have been cleaner but the appliances were all new, kitchen clean. The sofa bed was much more comfortable than we expected. Great location, friendly staff. Would stay again and will definitely try other Citadenes.

Good location. Nice balcony. Everything there. Downside - only one lift and -make sure you ask how to turn hot water on or you'll run out.
