"The hotel was fine, but the rooms were very dated. It wasn't far from the sea front but a long walk from the old town and the area surrounding the hotel not terribly pleasant. The breakfast, which is extra, was good."

"Very comfortable, well-equipped accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. We particularly appreciated the speed at which the faulty water heater was replaced, and the very useful Luggage Room which saved a lot of potential hassle on our last day in Nice. Perhaps a little more information on local restaurants and shops might be provided in the information pack in each room; other than that it's impossible to find fault with this apart-hotel."

"Location is good, just off the very busy area of the Promenade. There is laundrette so very convenient to catch up on laundry and free internet services. Unfortunately, they have no non-smoking rooms so both the rooms and common areas smell a bit. "

"One block back from the Promenade and beach, a 10-15min walk to the main shopping/restaurant area. Bed was a fold-out double sofa-bed but comfortable enough. "
