Fantastic location right on the Seine at Pont Neuf. The room was a little small (cosy?!) but make sure you ask for a river view, it is spectacular. Free wifi and coffee/ tea / hot choc in reception was nice, as were the reception staff who couldn't help enough. Hotel had a laundry, mini gym and the usual facilities but its location was the clear winning factor. 2 minutes to the metro, a comfy 5 / 10 min walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame and close to a massive selection of Parisian restaurants and cafes at Saint Michel which offered a wide selection of options. Loved it :)

When I arrived at my hotel, Citadines Prestige Saint-Germain-Des-Pres Paris, they did not have a room for me. The front desk said there was something wrong with their reservation system. He said they were moving me to another Citadines hotel near the Fountaine les Innocents. They put me in a taxi, which I paid for initially, but was reimbursed. The new room was great and I was also happy with the location near a pretty trendy shopping and dining area. The room was a top floor studio with a balcony from where I could see the Eiffel Tower. The staff were helpful and polite. So while the company may have screwed up my reservation, I believe they fully made up for it and would recommend the Citadines chain and espeically their location near Fontaine les Innocents.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. The location was perfect. Close to Metro, RER, Notre Dame and Louvre. We would stay there again.

Excellent location and great facilities for a stay of a few days or more. Kitchenette a great idea for your own breakfasts and snacks etc. Highly recommended

A very pleasant stay with very good service from the hotel on our arrival. First impression is very important and they do succeeded in providing me one. Room (1 bedroom apartment) is very big considering the hotels in paris are usually quite small. Well equip with cooking facilities in the kitchen which allow me to do up some meals for my 2yrs old twin toddlers with Carrefour just round the corner for the groceries. Will definitely stay with Citadines again for my next trip. Truly recommended especially for those travelling with kids.
