For a New Year's celebration on the South Bank, the location was unbeatable - an easy stroll across the footbridge. The price of course was commensurate with the time and place, so highly expensive for what was a rather basic room, albeit with a mini kitchen.

Repeat visit 4 days in Dec 2012. Friendly staff. Great room with kitchenette. Home away from home in London.

No better location in London. Free wifi, kitchenette with fridge and microwave make it the perfect place to stay in central London.

Nice size rooms, clean and modern. Make sure to ask for a room that is not on the main street.

The location was absolutely amazing. You could walk for 2 minutes and be in Trafalgar square and feel you're in the middle of everything. It was 3 minutes from the Thames and about 15 minutes from Buckingham palace. The only thing I didn't like was we were given twin beds, being in a couple it made it awkward. I booked a "premier studio room" and it didn't feel very premier at all. The room was very clean, modern and was tidied every day. Staff were helpful and polite.
