The room is spacious in Japan standard. It is clean and well designed. Windows facing wall of the neighbor building is the only drawback for us.

A quiet neighborhood but close to most places that we wanted to go. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location near the subway and several restaurants nearby. Great comfortable room size for two people and two large suitcases. Everything you'd need in the kitchen so we saved money by having breakfast in our room.

I am so glad I booked a room here. Everything was perfect, and the rates were great too. I highly recommend a stay here if you go to Kyoto. The hotel is right next to a subway station, and is easily accessible by bus.

I stayed at Citadines in Toykyo and in Kyoto and both were fantastic. They had excellent facilities (wifi internet, some english tv channels, microwave, hotplate, kettle etc.). The rooms were big enough and were clean and comfortable. Excellent value. And like most Japanese people, the staff were very polite and courteous. Overall, very good value.
