I love this Hotel. And I can't speak highly enough of the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful, and of course, efficient and professional. I do have a couple of suggestions for things which could be included in the rooms. I do think items such as these are basic essentials which apartment hotels normally provide: tissues, wine glasses, bottle opener (for wine).

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for visiting the city. The apartments were well stocked with everything required for a short stay and even a small grocers store opposite which stayed open until 9pm.

Overall the facilities in the appartment are excellent. There was only two desk chairs in the appartment (for a 4-person appartment) The shower/bathroom was small (for a 4-person appartment). There was only soap for one run of the dishwasher.

Very clean, centrally located a stone's throw from Homme de Fer tram station and five minute walk from the cathedral. We were very happy there. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Somewhat difficult to find by car, but once there a very pleasant stay. Clean comfortable rooms, although no airconditioning, we didn't work out how to open the windows wide until our last day!!
