This hotel is slightly aged and has a bit of a student house feel to it. Stayed in a double room which had a sofa bed rather than a bed which was not extremely comfortable but I suppose this is what you get in this type of a room. Had a decent kitchenette and a good size bathroom. I was expecting more for the price paid but I guess the price is for the location which suited me perfectly.

At first disappointed that the room appeared nothing like the photographs, it turned out to be comfortable and extremely practical. There are good eateries cose by and an underground station makes it easy to get to most parts of the city. The room had a pull down bed which filled the entire living space, but when folded back into the wall, there was plenty of room. Small kitchen added to the convenience. I'd stay here again: clean, safe and well run.

3 days in London in a good mid-location with easy access to tube & buses. Studio was all it said it would be & staff were very pleasant. would stay again.

I like Farringdon and Clerkenwell and this hotel is ideally situated for both. Transport links are pretty good - it's a short walk to Farringdon, Barbican, St Pauls or Moorgate tubes. The rooms are also nice and quiet even though it's on a busy road.

This hotel was perfect for my long weekend in London. It was clean and quiet. Also very close to the tube. I was in town to attend South Pacific at the Barbican and this was the perfect location. The room doesn't have daily maid service which was actually very nice- no one knocking on the door at 7am or vacuuming in the hall while you are trying to sleep. The room is like a mini apartment. You have a great kitchen area so if you want to stock the fridge or save a little money by preparing your own breakfast it's easily done. I enjoyed my stay very much.
